  • New Purchase: Once the return is approved, a separate order must be placed for the new item.

5. Incorrect Product Received

  • Track & Trace: A Track & Trace code is mandatory for all returns. Provide this code to ensure traceability. Without it, refunds cannot be processed.

4. Packaging and Shipping

  • Condition: Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
