TrueStep Footwear Shipping Policy

At TrueStep Footwear, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle order processing, delivery, and related matters.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 working days.

    • Orders placed during weekdays are processed within 1 working day.

    • Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.

  • Processing Steps: This includes order confirmation, adjustments, quality checks, and packaging.


Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Once processed, orders are dispatched and delivered within 5-12 working days on average.

    • Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors.

  • Priority Processing: For a fee of $1.25, your order will be prioritized for processing.


Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to the USA, Canada, and Australia.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We provide worldwide free premium shipping, including Track & Trace, for all orders. No minimum order quantity is required.

  • Shipping Insurance: Optional insurance is available to cover loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to the declared value at the time of purchase.

    • Cost: Insurance is free for covered shipments.

    • Non-Refundable Clause: Shipping insurance fees are non-refundable once purchased.


Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we will send an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress at all times.


Late Deliveries

  • Delays: If your delivery is delayed by more than one week beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team with your order number at Support@truestep-footwear.com.


Missing Orders

If you have not received your package within the average delivery time, please contact us at Support@truestep-footwear.com with your order number for assistance.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: For further details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation Processing: While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed by our automated systems.


Insurance Claim Process

  • Eligibility: Claims must be submitted within:

    • 7 days for damaged items.

    • 14 days for lost packages.

  • Required Documentation: Proof of value, photos of the damage (if applicable), and other relevant details may be requested.

  • Contact: File claims by emailing Support@truestep-footwear.com.

  • Exclusions: Insurance does not cover delivery delays, indirect losses, or damages unrelated to transit.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, this is considered the customer’s responsibility. Refused deliveries are not valid reasons for a return and will not be refunded.
